CWL Packaging is a leading foreign trade manufacturer specializing in innovative, sustainable flexible packaging solutions. Established in 2020 in Foshan, the group boasts a 20,000 m² workshop, 200+ employees, and a 2024 output of 130 million yuan.

1.1 About Chuangweilai Group

 

Chuangweilai Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is located in Changjiao Industrial Park, Xingtan Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The group has three subsidiaries: Foshan Rijing Kechuang Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., Foshan Chuangweilai Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., and Fry Digital Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. There are more than 200 employees, and the total workshop area of the group has reached 20,000 square meters. The output value reached 130 million yuan in 2024.

The business scope of Chuangweilai Group not only covers many provinces and cities in China, but also actively expands overseas markets. It has established stable cooperative relations with many countries and regions, and has achieved steady economic growth through continuous innovation and optimized operations.

Chuangweilai continues to transform and upgrade, aiming to create green packaging. On December 28, 2024, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held at the New Materials and Smart Home Industrial Park in Xingtan Town, Shunde District. The project covers an area of 20.16 acres and has a total investment of more than 200 million yuan. In order to achieve this goal, Chuangweilai will introduce multiple advanced production lines and equip them with environmental protection equipment worth tens of millions of yuan to ensure the green and intelligent production process.

In 2024, the company's sales of recyclable and degradable products accounted for about 50% of total sales. The company's self-supporting zipper pouches, flat-bottom pouches, three-side sealing pouches and other products are widely made of recyclable materials. After the product's service life ends, they can be recycled and reused, effectively reducing the generation of waste. The company actively promotes the concept of green packaging, provides customers with green packaging solutions, and guides customers to choose environmentally friendly packaging products.

The company actively responds to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and is committed to reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions. In terms of pollutant control, the company has no production wastewater discharge, only a small amount of organic waste gas and solid waste. 2024. It has invested the largest and most advanced equipment in the same industry, with an investment of about 7.5 million, to achieve recyclable zero emissions. The company attaches great importance to production safety investment, provides necessary guarantees in terms of manpower, material resources, funds, technology, etc., improves the inspection and supervision mechanism, and continuously strengthens the regular maintenance and management of construction equipment to eliminate safety hazards and ensure that all safety measures are implemented in place. The guarantee standards and requirements shall not be lowered at will. The company focuses on implementing prevention, adopts various forms to enhance employees' safety awareness, attaches importance to job training, and implements a qualification certification system for special positions. 创蔚来集团业务范围不仅覆盖国内多个省市，还积极拓展海外市场，与多个国家和地区建立了稳定的合作关系，通过不断创新与优化运营，实现了稳健的经济增长。

公司秉承 “智创绿色未来” 的发展理念，将绿色环保理念贯穿于产品研发与生产全过程。公司专注于可回收、可降解环保包装材料的研发与生产，不断优化产品设计，减少包装材料的使用量，提高包装的重复利用率。2024 年，公司可回收、可降解产品的销售额占总销售额约50%。公司生产的自立拉链袋、平底拉链袋、三边封袋等产品，广泛采用可回收材料制作，在产品使用寿命结束后，可通过回收再利用，有效减少了废弃物的产生。公司积极推广绿色包装理念，为客户提供绿色包装解决方案，引导客户选择环保包装产品。​

4.2 节能减排与资源利用​

公司积极响应国家节能减排政策，致力于降低能源消耗与污染物排放。在污染物治理方面，公司无生产废水排放，仅有少量有机废气和固体废物。2024 年。公司引进了先进的环保设备，公司最新投入了环保设备改造，在同行业中投入最大，最先进的设备，约投入750万，做到可回收零排放，同时也是顺德区“无废工厂”的示范项目；通过一系列节能减排与资源利用措施，如叉车清洁能源、太阳能路灯改造、变频改造等项目，公司有效降低了生产成本，减少了对环境的影响。​

为进一步提高公司清洁生产水平，实现 “节能、降耗、减污、增效” 的目标，2024 年公司自愿开展清洁生产审核工作。2025 年 3 月 5 日，广东工信科技服务有限公司到公司召开清洁生产审核动员大会，正式启动清洁生产审核工作。公司成立了清洁生产审核工作小组，负责组织实施清洁生产审核工作。工作小组对公司生产工艺、设备运行、能源消耗、污染物排放等方面进行了全面评估，制定了详细的清洁生产方案。通过实施清洁生产方案，公司在优化生产工艺、改进设备运行管理、加强资源回收利用等方面取得了显著成效。公司持续完善环境管理体系，严格按照 ISO 14001 环境管理体系标准要求，规范公司环境管理行为，确保公司各项生产经营活动符合环保法规要求。

4.4污染物达标情况

公司定期开展环境监测，对废气、废水、噪声等污染物排放情况进行定期监测，并积极对污染物治理设施进行升级改造，确保污染物达标排放。2024年，公司各类污染物均能稳定达标排放。

公司建立了完善的安全生产管理制度，明确了各级管理人员与员工的安全生产职责。公司定期组织开展安全生产培训与演练，提高员工的安全意识与应急处置能力。2024 年，公司共组织安全生产培训24次，参与培训员工达到30人次；组织应急演练12次，覆盖公司全体员工。公司加大对安全生产的投入，对生产设备进行定期维护保养，配备必要的安全防护设施与器材，确保生产设备安全运行，员工工作环境安全。
